Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. State Farm experience is highly preferred.

  • Ability to commute to our Coon Rapids location
  • State Farm experience


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.



You will receive:

  • 50,000 – 90,000 Salary (based on experience and license; State Farm experience is highly preferred) plus bonus

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
