Key Responsibilities:

 

Leadership:

• Lead and strategize the Transaction Banking team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in service delivery.

Trade Finance and Cash Management:

• Oversee Trade Finance and Cash Management operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize these services.

Payments and Online Banking:

• Lead initiatives to enhance Payments and Online Banking platforms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitiveness.

Cross-Border Correspondent Banking:

• Leverage experience in global banks to enhance cross-border Correspondent Banking services.
• Foster and maintain relationships with international financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Masters. Professional Body membership; a plus
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 7 years in Transaction Banking.
• Proven expertise in Trade Finance, Cash Management, Payments, and Online Banking.
• Experience in international banks with a global footprint, specializing in cross-border Correspondent Banking.

Salary
160k-200k based upon experience plus benefits/bonus
