Carpenter – ADC – Fort Wayne

Responsibilities

– Lead and manage a crew of Spanish and English speaking carpenters
– Construct concrete form systems as directed by Foreman and/or Superintendent
– Install formwork ties, turnbuckle, wedge bolts, walers, and form support systems
– Build custom concrete forms, including bulkheads and construction joints
– Adhere to a 40+ hour work week, possibly spanning 6-7 days- lots of overtime!
– Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rough Carpenter

-Must be Bi Lingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
– Proficiency in commonly used form systems
– Authorization to work in the US
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Ability to stand, lift, and work outdoors
– Must pass 10- panel drug screen and criminal history search
– Own hand tools and work boots
