Residential Electrician – Tampa

Our client has immediate full-time openings for Residential Electricians for Custom Homes. We are seeking experienced individuals who take pride in their work and excel in servicing some of the finest and most prestigious homes in the Tampa Bay Area, FL.

 

Summary

Our client is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Lead Residential Electrician for Custom Homes. If you have at least 5 years of experience in the trade and are looking for top pay, excellent benefits, and a great work environment, then this opportunity is for you!

 

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential projects, regardless of size or complexity.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of completing custom homes spanning 10,000 sq ft or larger from start to finish.
• Prior experience with lighting control systems, whole house generators, dock power, 600 amp & 800 amp services is required.

 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the trade.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential, specifically custom homes.
• Ability to effectively manage 1-4 helpers on large projects.
• Journeyman card preferred (years of experience in lieu of card may be considered).
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Clean criminal background check & ability to pass a drug test.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Troubleshooting experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
