Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
