Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve district life insurance objectives and sales targets
– Supervise and provide guidance to a team of agency owners and employees
– Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
– Drive both recruiting and sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions
– Provide leadership and support to agency owners in achieving operational excellence
– Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of agency engagement
– Oversee management activities within the district
– Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
– Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing multiple locations or districts
– Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
– Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies
– Solid sales background with a focus on achieving revenue targets
– Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive change
– Proficient in project management principles and practices
– Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

– MUST be Life & Health Licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
