IDR is seeking a entrepreneurial-minded Senior Software Engineer for one of our top health-tech start-up clients, remotely from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities of the Senior Python Developer:

• Responsible for developing scalable and reliable applications and back-end systems using Python.
• You will also be expected to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move projects forward even in the face of ambiguity.
• Required to have a strong grasp of software engineering principles and best practices, including but not limited to Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Be a part of a team in an Agile environment.
• Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams.

 

Required Skills for the Senior Python Developer:

• At least 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of developing scalable and reliable systems
• Mastery of Python
• Experience working with GCP
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move projects forward even in the face of ambiguity
• A strong grasp of software engineering principles and best practices, including but not limited to Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment
• Experience with Fast API
• Docker Experience Preferred, Kubernetes is okay

Compensation Details: $69/hr W2
