TriStarr’s client is actively looking to bring on a Superintendent to join their growing team in York, PA. .

The Superintendent position for Keystruct Construction plans and organizes jobsite manpower and equipment needed to complete projects within specified time frame, while staying on budget, and meeting quality standards. Monitors jobsite safety to ensure a safe working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•         Accountable for determining jobsite labor requirements and coordinating manpower with needed respective management personnel.

•         Accountable for developing a look ahead schedule for manpower.

•         Accountable for directing, training and evaluating craftsmen and laborers as needed.

•         Accountable for ensuring that crews understand the owner’s contract, schedule requirements and all subcontractor scopes of work.

•         Accountable for reviewing the projected work with project manager at start-up meetings and throughout the completion of project.

•         Accountable for daily communicating with Project Manager immediately after receiving any change request from owner.

•         Accountable for gathering necessary quantity and timeframe information to help with pricing.

•         Accountable for monitoring jobsite safety and maintaining and keeping company tools, equipment and vehicles clean.

•         Accountable for reporting all incidents to proper personnel immediately and follow-up with written report within twenty-four hours sending copies to the respective management personnel..

•         Accountable for monitoring quality and production on your jobsite.

•         Accountable for maintaining a neat and organized jobsite.

•         Accountable for projecting a professional, neat appearance at all times.

•         Performs all other duties as requested.

•         Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.  Always conducts self in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner as a representative of the company.

Education and/or Experience                      

•         Five (5) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience and a certification in structural steel.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Direct Hire 
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
PAY RATE: $75,000 – 95,000K  based on experience 
HOURS: FT, Monday – Friday
DRESS CODE: Business casual
