Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:

This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days in office per week.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and tracking large volumes of candidates for interviews, creating and editing job requisitions, and generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports.

The role requires a wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Coordinator will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize effectively amidst multiple concurrent tasks.
Required Skills for Recruiting Coordinator:

Experience with Microsoft Office

Solid customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information

Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
-
Preferred: Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and Workday HRMS
Education:
-
A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience. Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.

Compensation details: $25/hour
