Well-respected Nationwide, 900 person company is looking for a Payroll Specialist for their corporate location in Mission Hills, CA.

Essential Duties:

– Process manual checks and update check register and perform bank uploads to reconcile bank statements.

-Audit payroll exceptions, meal breaks file feed exceptions and provide solutions for payroll issues.

– Provide technical solutions for vendor interfaces to establish file feeds when needed

– Process payroll including auditing payroll exceptions, meal breaks exceptions and follow up with Office Administration to complete monthly, biweekly and weekly payroll processing under multiple state experience.

– Create reports for distribution to Directors, Finance and Division Managers. Report over time, daily hours, YTD wage reports and other reports as requested,

– Process garnishments, wage attachments, and assist with medical support orders.

– Administrative support for retirement savings 401k updates for new hires, terminations, deferral changes, load administration and address changes

– Knowledge of prevailing wage/ certified payroll is a plus.

– Experience working with Kronos (UKG Pro) preferred.

– Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

This is an Immediate need, DIRECT HIRE position. $75k+ up DOE Plus Excellent
