Insurance experience not required, as we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English.

The role is comprised of customer service related tasks, and also focusing on contacting non-State Farm customers to quote them and bring their business to State Farm. This is a base plus commission role where the sky is the limit!

Duties include but not limited to:

·Assisting customers with payments and policy changes

· Setting appointments for yourself for new business on-boarding and policy reviews

·Answering billing questions

·Calling on payment reminders

·Calling to existing book of business

·Achieve Minimum calls per day goals for prospecting for new business

·Learn needs based scripts for phone conversations and in person appointments

·Actively goal plan with agent to hit your bonus goals
