• Ensuring all freight covered is tracked efficiently and accurately:
• Driver’s information
• Secondary contact information
• ETA updates prior to pick-up and delivery appointments
• Check in / out times at shipper and receiver
• Location updates
• All in / out times at shipper and receiver are updated in the customer’s portal (if applicable)
• Any issues in-transit are escalated to the appropriate account executive
• Marcopoint is tracking accurately (if applicable)
• Maintaining carrier relationships to ensure the Carrier Sales Rep is up to date on the carrier’s service level:
• Ensuring the carrier is providing accurate information
• Ensuring the carrier is providing updates prior to appointments
• Ensuring the carrier is easy to contact

•  Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Must show strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high intensity work environment with the ability respond efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Must have excellent organizational skills, focused on prioritization, follow through, and multi-tasking
•  Must be a team player

• High level of communication – accurate, concise, and efficient
• Acute attention to detail
• High level of enthusiasm, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to excellence
• The ability to work independently with minimal instruction or correction

• Weekly paycheck
• Direct Deposit or Paycard options available
