Arango & Associates is seeking qualified candidates with accounting experience to be responsible for recording and maintaining daily financial transactions. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of QuickBooks, have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

What your typical workday looks like:

• Access computerized financial information
• Compile budget data and documents
• Debit, credit, and total accounts
• Perform financial calculations, such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity, and principal
• Receive and record payments
• File documents or records
• Perform administrative or clerical tasks
• Read materials to determine needed actions
• Transcribe spoken or written information

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Advanced degree appreciated but not required
• Experience with real estate and gas stations a plus

What is in it for you:

• Monday – Friday schedule
• Work hours between 8am – 6pm
• Salary 40-60K based on experience
