Retail Store Consultant Everest Recruiting is a full-service recruiting firm and has been successfully assisting candidates with their career search for over 10 years. Our customer is a retail provider throughout the state of Florida and is need of qualified candidates. What a typical workday looks like: Meet or exceed minimum monthly sales quota for Post-Paid Voice Gross Activations.Excel in selling other key metrics including Prepaid, Premium Video, Broadband Internet, Accessories, Protection, Next Up, and others.Provide friendly service by greeting customers and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.Troubleshooting customer service issues and escalations.Performing opening and closing procedures for the store.Identify customer needs, make suggestions, and answer questions.Answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously.Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working as a team.Recognize potential theft/loss situations assisting to deter theft.Dust and clean shelves, counters, fixtures, merchandise, and store equipment. Organize backroom products and store supplies.What you need: Must be at least 18 years old and able to legally work in the United States without limitations; Must present age-related verification and other employment eligibility documents as required.Full-time RSCs must be able to work at least 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the store's operating hours. Before and after-hours are required at least once per week for store meetings, inventory duties, and store maintenance.Knowledge of customer service skills including helping customers to feel welcome and valued; identifying customer needs by asking focused and specific questions; offering product recommendations based upon the needs identified; creating confidence; and asking for (closing) sales.Ability to stand for long periods of time to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).Ability to demonstrate clear verbal communication and listening skills.At least one year of retail experience is preferred, but not required.Effective social media skills are preferred, but not required.Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of home store location.Commitment to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.High school diploma required; 1 or more years of accredited college study preferredWhat is in it for you:Weekly paycheckDirect Deposit or Paycard options available IF interested, contact us for immediate consideration!
